| Air Control Techniques, P.C. conducted the dioxin-furan and particulate matter MACT tests required by 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart LLL at seven plants operating a total of thirteen kilns. All of the tests were conducted in full accordance with EPA test procedures and quality assurance requirements. |
