Air Control Techniques designed and built a pulse jet pilot scale
baghouse system to simulate conditions of a large scale system
generating high concentrations of ammonium bisulfate. The pilot system
used a slip stream from the full scale unit. The scope of the testing
included evaluations of the advantages and limitations of increased
operating temperature, different filter media, and modified pulse
cleaning conditions.
