Air Control Techniques, P.C. served as the contractor to the Portland
Cement Association responsible for the compilation of air emissions
data for the cement industry. This project involved the detailed
quality assurance review of 196 comprehensive air emission tests
conducted by PCA member companies from 1989 through 1996. As part of
this work, Air Control Techniques, P.C. identified and corrected errors
in these reports to the extent possible, identified errors that could
not be corrected, and compiled the emissions data meeting quality
assurance specifications. A summary report was provided to PCA and EPA.
